Privacy Summary

Local Golf is designed to collect as little personal information as practical. We do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles from your gameplay.

Information We Collect

If you choose to create an account, we may store your email address so you can sign in and manage your account.
We use your device location to help find nearby golf courses, but we do not save your location history or attach saved location records to your account.
We may collect app analytics and diagnostic information through Firebase and Google Analytics, such as app usage, device type, crash data, and performance events. This is used to improve Local Golf.
We do not collect payment card details. Subscriptions and purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play using your app store account.

How We Use Information

To provide account access when you choose to create an account.
To show nearby courses and location-based game features while using the app.
To understand app performance, fix bugs, and improve gameplay.
To manage premium access after an app store purchase or subscription.

Location

Local Golf asks for location access so it can find real golf courses near you. Your location is used for this gameplay experience. We do not save a history of your location.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased through your App Store or Google Play account. The relevant app store processes payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests according to its own terms. Local Golf does not receive your payment card information.

Terms Of Use

Course maps, scores, leaderboards, and challenges are provided for gameplay and may not always be complete, available, or accurate.
You are responsible for using the app lawfully and respectfully, including when choosing display names or participating in leaderboards.
Premium features add modes, visuals, and convenience features. They are not intended to directly increase competitive power.
We may update, change, pause, or remove features as the game evolves.

Deleting Or Changing Your Information

You can delete your Local Golf account from inside the app. Account deletion removes the account information we use for sign-in, including your email address. It also removes scorecards and high scores tied to that account, subject to any records we are required to keep for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Deleting your Local Golf account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through the app store account used to purchase them.
